ASA Volunteers Must Attend Protecting Gods Children - 7/28/2010
There is a “Protecting God’s Children” training session scheduled in Grand Rapids in the Sacred Heart Church basement on Tuesday, August 24, at 6:30 p.m. The church is located at 156 Valley S.W., just east of John Ball Park.
This is an opportunity for new coaches, volunteers, and staff members to attend PGC if they have not done so. Article 12 of the Charter states all adults having regular contact with children must go through a safe environment program. In the Diocese of Grand Rapids that program is Protecting God’s Children.
Attendance is not optional. People must attend training before their “regular contact” begins.

· Complete each step for the registration

Educational Outfitters in Grand Rapids has closed due to the death of the owner. The Lansing store is entering ASA information and should be able to handle ASA orders by the end of July. Student supply lists for the 2010-2011 school year have been posted to the Parent Links page, under the Other Links heading.
2010-2011 Enrollment Information - 3/1/2010
Enrollment forms and tuition rates for the 2010-2011 school year are now available on the Enrollment page. (Click on the Enrollment tab at the top of the web site.) If you missed the 3/1/10 PSAS Financial Aid application deadline, you can still send in your form, you will just have missed some of the scholarship deadlines, but could still qualify for aid.

School Calendars Available Online - 5/18/2009
The 2008-2009 school calendar has been available on the Parent Links page since last October. We also recently added a PDF version of the 2009-2010 tentative School Calendar. Although some of the dates and times may be subject to change, the main dates, such as the first day of school, breaks, inservices, etc. should remain unchanged.
Labels to Collect - 12/8/2008
ASA will now be saving Spartan UPC labels. We earn money for every label we collect, so please start cutting those UPC labels from all spartan brand products and have your students turn them in to the school office.
We also collect Campbell's labels, Tyson A+ labels, Box Tops for Education, and used ink cartridges.
