Auction Planning - 1/5/2009
The Home & School would like to plan an auction for the fall of 2009, under the direction of co-chairs Kim Pedler and Angela Specter. Seeking Elementary Volunteers - 12/11/2008
- Home & School is looking for volunteers to help with February 2009 candy sale. If you can help, please contact Cheryl Verheilig @ 363-6037 or Karyn Swezey @ 459-0346. - Kindergarten needs helpers at lunchtime to help bundle students up for recess. If you are free to help out 1 or more days per week 11:25 am - 12:30 pm, please call Kelley Zeug @ 447-9965. - Playground helpers are needed at lunch time (11:30 am - 12:30 pm). If you are available to help out one or more days per week, or sub on an on-call basis, pleae call the elementary office at 364-9453.  

Labels to Collect - 12/8/2008
ASA will now be saving Spartan UPC labels. We earn money for every label we collect, so please start cutting those UPC labels from all spartan brand products and have your students turn them in to the school office. We also collect Campbell's labels, Tyson A+ labels, Box Tops for Education, and used ink cartridges. Many thanks for your support!

Playground Fun Available - 12/8/2008
There is still a need for playground volunteers at the middle school campus. There is currently one person on duty outside to supervise 98 students during recess, however a second person would be ideal. We are also looking for individuals to help out inside in a lunch time study hall. If you are available from 11:25 AM until 12:10 PM to help out one or more days per week, please call Sandy, 363-7725. Your help will be appreciated!

Mid Quarter Reports and Report Cards - 12/8/2008
Mid-quarter grades will be sent home with all students on Friday, 12/12/08. Parents, please look for these to review, sign them, and return them to school by Monday 12/15/08. Report Cards will be sent home on Friday, 1/23/08.

Weekly ASA newsletters and monthly calendars are now available in PDF format on the Parents Links page. The current hot lunch calendars are also available. The Parents Links page can be accessed from the home page, click on Parent Links in the left column.

Infinite Campus - 8/8/2008

Infinite Campus

All Saints Academy will be implementing a student information system in the 2008-2009 school year.  Infinite Campus manages student data through a centralized database that provides real-time information to teachers, administrators and counselors.  Please be patient with us as we learn this new software and all of its capacities to manage the data schools and parents need.  It will also help us to operate more effectively and efficiently, to file reports and to keep parents informed of their student(s) progress. Once we have mastered it internally, we will open the Parent Portal.

Infinite Campus is the same student information system in place at West Catholic and Catholic Central High schools, and will allow us to coordinate calendars and schedules.  Authorized users can view changed data immediately without waiting for uploads or data synchronization. Parents and students can access assignment, grade, and attendance data through a Web interface.
