HOME AND SCHOOL > EAGLEFEST AUCTION

What is Eaglefest?
Eaglefest is the largest fundraiser for All Saints Academy Home & School Association. This distinguished benefit auction seeks to fund activities for the children and capital improvements at the campuses. Eaglefest 2009, “Welcome to the Red, Black, and Gold,” raised $20,000!
Where does Eaglefest Money go?
All Saints Academy Home & School Association votes on how to spend the money raised. Eaglefest significantly reduces the number of smaller Home & School Association fundraisers. It is the goal of Home & School to use a portion of Eaglefest funds for significant improvements to All Saints Academy. The improvements directly benefit students, teachers, and staff. In the 2008-2009 school year, for example, All Saints Academy Home & School Association monies provided cameras and equipment for the Middle School Digital Art elective program, technology upgrades at the Elementary Campus, and remodeled teachers’ lounges at both campuses.
Eaglefest 2010, “Treasures of ASA,” is Saturday, November 13th 2010 at West Catholic!!
Tickets are $22.50 per person and include a door prize ticket, a catering by West Michigan Caterer.com, coffee, chocolate fondue fountain dessert, and an open bar (beer, wine, soda)! Anyone who wishes to partake of the evening, including all volunteers, must pay the registration fee. Because of our licensing arrangements with the State of Michigan, your paid registration is a legal requirement.
Class Baskets
Each grade level is collecting items to fill class baskets which will be auctioned off the night of the event. Each grade will be assigned a theme and parents are asked to donate an item related to that theme. Many classes are having class parties to collect items. However, donations may be dropped off in either school office as well. Donations of cash and gift cards are accepted should you choose to let a member of the auction committee shop for you. Please call Michelle Kunzler (364-4715) with any questions or if you would like to help assemble the baskets!
Class Art Projects
Class projects are different than class baskets. Each grade level will be creating one special piece of art to be in our LIVE AUCTION. Class projects are to be done by the teachers and room parents. You do not have to do anything for the class projects unless a room parent or teacher has specifically asked you.
Donation Deadline
A deadline for submitting donations will be determined in September. However, we are accepting donations now. You can drop off donations at the Diamond Campus office. Tax deductable receipts are available in either campus office.
