NEW SPECIAL EVENT: Donations Party
on October 8th!

The Eaglefest Team will hold a special adults-only party for gathering donations on Saturday, October 8th, 2011.  This party will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Casino Club, located at 3260 Salerno Dr. NE 49525.  Each grade will have a booth at the party for donation collection.  Room parents & teachers can get creative with their booths!  Hold mini bowling or putt-putt golf at your booth!  Serve a special treat there!  Resurrect Elvis!  Can’t come to the Eaglefest Auction this year?  No problem, please join us for this pre-party and support.  You will have the opportunity to “sponsor a couple” to attend in your place!  There is NO ADMISSION CHARGE for this special event, however, all attendees will be asked to bring a dish to pass & their auction donation.  Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the Casino Club.

NEW THIS YEAR: Class Themes Replace “Baskets”

Each classroom or grade will choose a theme.  Utilizing a theme, room parents & teachers can guide families in donating small items (to be combined into traditional class baskets), large items (to stand alone), or a very large item which the class can collect money & purchase (i.e. an Xbox or family trip to a Great Wolf Lodge).  To collect class items, hold your own class party, use the October 8th Donations Party, or use either campus office.

NEW THIS YEAR: Pizza Preview Night

Bring the kids & yourselves on down to West Catholic on Friday night, November 11th!  Eat pizza - view all of the items in our silent & live auctions.  This event is FREE.  Preview hours will be 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Registration

Pre-Register by October 8th to take advantage of the $30 per person cost (Tickets are $35 per person after October 8th).  Sign up as a teacher, staff member, or volunteer by October 8th to earn free entry.  “ASA Rocks!” will be open seating, however, you may pre-register a group of 10 for a reserved table, with prime seating!  Those planning to attend Mass at 5:00 can check in early, find a table first, and go in directly after Mass, avoiding general admission crowds.  Click Here for the registration form.

Check Out

When your Eaglefest evening is done, check out and pay at the cash office (choir room) and go back into the Cafetorium to redeem your auction winnings.  Attendants will assist you.  Auction items will not be removed from their bidding tables until their winners claim them.

No Money, Honey!

Eaglefest will be tracking your bids, including raffle tickets, using your paddle number.  The exceptions are 50/50 raffles and bar tips.  Otherwise, please do not expect to use cash on the floor.

Bidding Procedures & Raffles

Each item on a bidding table will have a simple, lined bid sheet in front of it.  You will write your paddle number and bid amount on a line, and the next person will bid higher!  You will be able to see what the bids are down the line.

Class Art Projects

Special class art projects will be auctioned off during the live auction.  The class themes will help guide room parents, kids, & teachers to make their class art projects.  EACH GRADE LEVEL makes an art project together.

Donation Deadline

The deadline for submitting CLASS PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS and for ALL DONATIONS IS OCTOBER 17TH.  You can drop off donations at the Diamond Campus office or contact the appropriate Eaglefest Team Member for special donations, pick-up arrangements, or questions.  Tax deductible receipts are available in either campus office.
